Responsibilities include:

• Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of Cook.
• Conduct all daily duties in accordance with the Job Duty List and Cleaning List.
• Ensure that menus and extension sheets are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Review all menu requirements prior to the preparation of food.
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and the Cook’s Work List, utilizing standardized recipes and ensuring meals are prepared and served on time.
• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance and in accordance with food safety regulations and established portion control procedures.
• Serve all meals in accordance with the appropriate Serving Book.
• Prepare and serve substitute foods to residents when needed.

LICENSED MEDICATION NURSING ASSISTANT - Full Time- SIGN-ON BONUS

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prior to being assigned regular duties, each MA/LMNA/MT shall successfully complete the community’s and any State required orientation training program.
• Dispense unit dose medications, making the required record entries at appropriate times, and making the appropriate notifications to the nurse concerning self-administered medications (as specified by state regulations and facility Policy and Procedure).
• Assisting the Residents with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, bathing, eating and walking; as described in resident care plan.
• Monitors for changes in resident needs, preferences and health status. Reports/documents any noticed changes at once to the Team Leader or designee.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have completed the LMNA course, as required by State Regulation to administer medication
• CPR certified preferred.
• Prior experience providing direct care or the equivalent in training preferred.

License:

Current Med Aide or LMNA certification/license or completed required training as dictated by State Regulation.

 

$1200 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days

Includes every other weekend.
