Taste of Maple Fundraiser

Join Us for a Delicious Evening

Sample sweet and savory maple bites created by local chefs at Mayo’s Taste of Maple, March 21, 2025 at Mayo Residential Care, 610 Water Street, Northfield, VT 05663.  Sip wine, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, vote for Top Chef and the People’s Choice, and bid on one-of-a-kind experiences, services, and gifts at the silent auction. The Taste of Maple benefits Mayo Healthcare, Northfield’s small, award-winning, non-profit senior living facility, which has been caring for residents for more than 85 years.

This year, all proceeds from the Taste of Maple benefit will go towards enchanting our Residential Care common areas for a better living experience, installing new durable floor in our dining area will enhance safety and comfort, air conditioning ensures comfortable climate throughout the facility, aiding with some health conditions, making it a pleasant place to gather year-round, cost-saving shades; adding energy efficient shades that not only improve aesthetic but also help reduce energy costs.

To help cover just some of these costs, we set the goal of raising $25,000 dollars by April 2025.

Attend the Taste of Maple to Support Mayo Residential Care

Join us for an evening of fun, food, and friendship for a good cause. Tickets are $25/person and include one signature cocktail, maple tasting, and access to the silent auction. Tickets may be purchased through Mayo’s Venmo

Sponsor the Taste of Maple to Support Mayo Residential Care

We are seeking sponsors for the Taste of Maple, in exchange for visibility at the March event and on site at the entrance of the Mayo Rehabilitation & Continuing Care building. Your name or business name will be commemorated on a plaque, which will hang on our donor wall.

Sponsor levels include:

• Silver: $500
• Gold: $750
• Platinum: $1000
• Other

Showcase Your Chef Skills at the Taste of Maple

If you’re a professional, amateur, or student chef who loves cooking with maple, we want to see (and taste) your best recipe! A total of 10 chefs will have the opportunity to meet and network with attendees, serve delicious bites, and compete for the titles of Top Chef and People’s Choice Winner.
