Danielle Nickerson Promoted to Administrator

Danielle Nickerson, Administrator, Mayo Healthcare

Danielle Nickerson, LNHA, of Bethel, has advanced to the position of administrator at Mayo Healthcare in Northfield. Danielle will lead the facility, which offers residential care and assisted living, skilled nursing, continuing care, and rehabilitation services.

Danielle stated, “I am excited to take on the role of administrator at Mayo, which sets the bar for quality of care. Our standards are reflected in the work our staff does each day, with diverse activities, our relationships with our co-workers and residents, and our connection with our community. I have always been passionate about working with our elders. I love the commitment Mayo has not just with our residents, but also the community.”

Danielle’s path to administrator is reflective of Mayo’s culture of investing in people. She began her career at Mayo in human resources and quickly advanced by completing her Administrator in Training and becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Danielle noted, “Now, I have the pleasure of being the facility administrator.” The organization’s employee investment program, along with steadfast support from her supervisors and peers, helped foster Danielle’s advancement.
